UFFL Youth Flag Football League

The UFFL Youth Flag Football League is designed to give boys and girls a fun, competitive, and positive environment to learn and play the game of football. Our league focuses on sportsmanship, skill development, teamwork, and having fun while providing a great experience for players of all skill levels.

League Format

6 Week Regular Season Games

Playoffs for All Teams

Games will be played in a safe, organized, and family-friendly environment.

Referees and coaches all be there helping grow the game.

Every team will have the opportunity to compete throughout the season and finish strong in the playoffs.

Divisions

We offer divisions based on age to ensure fair and competitive play:

COED

Ages 6–7 & Ages 8–9

BOYS

Ages 10–11 & Ages 12–13

GIRLS

Ages 10–11 & Ages 12–13

 

Age Cutoff Guidelines August 1st 2026

U6 & U7: Your child must be 6 or 7 by August 1

U8 & U9: Your child must be 8 or 9 by August 1

U10 & U11: Your child must be 10 or 11 by August 1

U12 & U13: Your child must be 12 or 13 by August 1​

Who Can Play

Our league welcomes all skill levels, whether your child is brand new to flag football or already has experience.

UFFL is a great place for players to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and develop a love for the game.

Registration

Players will be placed on a team with rosters limited to 16 players to ensure plenty of playing time for everyone.

We will do our best to pair your child with friends or teammates by request.

Registration includes 6 regular season games plus playoffs and 6 weekly practices.

All players will receive a flag set, team jersey, shorts, & cleat bag.
