UFFL Youth Flag Football League

The UFFL Youth Flag Football League is designed to give boys and girls a fun, competitive, and positive environment to learn and play the game of football. Our league focuses on sportsmanship, skill development, teamwork, and having fun while providing a great experience for players of all skill levels.

Volunteer referees and coaches helping grow the game

Every team will have the opportunity to compete throughout the season and finish strong in the playoffs.

Divisions

We offer divisions based on age to ensure fair and competitive play:

COED

Ages 6–7

Ages 8–9

BOYS

Ages 10–11

Ages 12–13

GIRLS

Ages 10–11

Ages 12–13

Who Can Play

Our league welcomes all skill levels, whether your child is brand new to football or already has experience. UFFL is a great place for players to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and develop a love for the game.

Registration

Players will be placed on a team with rosters limited to 16 players to ensure plenty of playing time for everyone. We will do our best to pair your child with friends or teammates by request. Registration includes 6 regular season games plus playoffs and free entry into our weeknight Spring/Summer kids football training. All players will receive a flag set, team jersey, shorts, cleat bag, and a headband.
